Must be able to schedule complex tasks on tight timelines with limited resources. Use of project management tools to track within CMMI guidelines is important. Key skills in addition to leading teams of 4-5 personnel include ability to demonstrate information assurance and security knowledge, familiarity with NIST, FISMA, and OMB regulations. Privacy experience a plus. Must have college degree and be clearable. Security professional should have the ability to develop realistic policies and procedures, evaluations, and gap analyses, where appropriate. Must have strong speaking, writing and interviewing skills. Demonstrated excellence critical to advancement opportunities Salary is dependent upon experience.
Job Title: Proposal Manager
Description: EmeSec is seeking a part time or full time Proposal Manager.
Skills must include ability to manage and direct multiple proposals simultaneously.
Some management of support and graphics personnel is expected. Must be
a self starter, able to add value and transition input from a small group
of analysts and experts into a smooth document. Salary is negotiable and dependent
upon demonstrated experience and references.
Job Title: Security Analyst
Description: EmeSec would
like to hire information assurance /security analysts who are able to work
with regulatory and compliance issues for clients with
complex needs. Openings include junior, intermediate and senior analyst positions
with increasing responsibilities related to the analysis, problem and root
cause identification, primary and alternative solution support capabilities
for security policies, procedures, and operations is a large part of the work.
Demonstrated technical capabilities along with ability to document and report
in practical, every day terms and language are a must. Writing samples may
be requested. Certifications are a plus. College degree required.
